Custom ERP, POS and CRM systems built around how your business really works
As a business grows, running stock, sales, customers and staff on a stack of spreadsheets gets slow and error-prone. GOOD DEV builds custom ERP, POS, CRM, inventory and HR systems that follow your actual workflow, rather than forcing you to adapt to off-the-shelf software, and brings every department’s data into one place.
- Built around your workflow
- Multi-branch ready
- Excel data migration
- You own 100% of the code
What we build
ERP systems
Purchasing, sales, inventory, production and accounting in one system, so everyone works from the same numbers.
POS systems
Fast checkout with receipt printers, barcode scanning and QR payments, and it keeps selling when the internet drops.
CRM systems
Customer records, lead and quotation tracking, purchase history and sales team performance.
Inventory & warehouse
Goods in and out, transfers between warehouses, barcode stock counts and low-stock alerts.
HR systems
Time attendance, online leave requests and approvals, shift scheduling and payroll-ready data.
Approval workflows
Replace paper forms with multi-step online approvals and a full audit trail.

How it works
- 1
Discovery & workflow mapping
We interview users in each department, collect the documents and files you use today, and map the current and target workflows. The estimate is free.
- 2
System design & phasing
We design the database, permissions and screens, then split the work into phases, starting with the modules that deliver the most value.
- 3
Sprints with weekly demos
Your team sees and tries the real system every week, so it fits day-to-day operations long before the project ends.
- 4
Migration, testing & training
We import existing data, run user acceptance testing and train each department, optionally running alongside the old system for a while.
- 5
Go-live & expand
We roll out branch by branch or department by department, support you through the warranty and build the next modules on the roadmap.
What affects the price
No two businesses run the same way, so we quote after mapping your workflow and price each module separately, letting you build in phases that fit your budget. The main cost drivers are:
Modules and workflow complexity
A stock system alone is far smaller than an ERP covering purchasing, sales, production and accounting, and approval steps and special rules add up.
Users, branches and warehouses
Multiple branches or warehouses, transfers between them and finer-grained permissions all add design and testing work.
Data migration
How much data lives in spreadsheets or legacy software, and how clean it is (duplicate product codes, inconsistent formats).
External integrations
Accounting software, e-Tax Invoice, payment gateways, marketplaces, shipping or in-store hardware, each with its own requirements.
Reporting and ongoing support
The number of reports you need, and the level of monthly support such as response times and hours for new features.

Off-the-shelf software is quick to start with, but you usually adapt your processes to it and pay per user every month. A custom system follows your real workflow, grows with you and you own all of the source code. If your processes are fairly standard, an off-the-shelf product can be the better deal, and we’ll tell you honestly when that’s the case.
Yes. We help clean and standardise your data (product codes, customer records, opening balances), import it into the new system and verify it with your team. If you prefer, you can run the new system alongside Excel for a short period before switching over fully.
Yes. Each branch sees its own data while head office sees every branch in real time, and you control exactly who can view, edit or approve what. Important changes are logged. In-store POS can keep working offline too; see desktop software.
Yes, depending on what APIs or import formats your accounting software or provider supports. We check this during the estimate and set up the integration so data flows automatically instead of being re-keyed. See API integration for more.
Most business systems take around 2–6 months, depending on the modules and integrations. We usually recommend starting with the most important module and expanding in phases. Helpful things to prepare: sample documents and the spreadsheets you use today, a list of the problems you want solved, and a contact person in each department. Get in touch to start.
