Software maintenance and continuous development that grows with your business
Software in production needs ongoing care: bug fixes, security updates, backups and new features as the business changes. We maintain systems we built and systems another team left behind, starting with a health check of the code and infrastructure, then caring for it at an SLA level that matches how critical it is to you.
- We take over systems built by other teams
- Clear SLA tiers matched to how critical the system is
- One dedicated PM as your contact
- Monthly status and cost reports
What we build
Bug fixes & issue handling
Report issues through an agreed channel; we prioritise and fix them within your SLA, and explain the cause and how we prevent it recurring.
Security updates
Frameworks, libraries and operating systems kept current, and published vulnerabilities patched before they become real problems.
Monitoring & backups
24/7 monitoring with alerts via LINE, email or Slack, automated backups and regular restore drills.
Monthly features & improvements
Development hours in your plan for small features, UI tweaks or new reports, in the order you set.
Taking over existing systems
A code and infrastructure audit of a system another team built, a clear risk summary, and a plan for what to extend or fix first.
Performance tuning
Find out why pages or processes are slow and tune the database and queries so the system keeps up as usage grows.
What you get

- Monthly development hours for small features and improvements
- Monthly status and cost reports
- A dedicated PM as your main contact
How it works
- 1
Discovery & access
We learn how critical the system is and what problems you face, and gather access to code, servers and service accounts.
- 2
Code & infrastructure audit
We review code quality, outdated libraries, vulnerabilities, backups and documentation, and deliver a prioritised report.
- 3
Fix the urgent, set the foundations
The biggest risks are closed first, and backups, monitoring and a repeatable deploy process are put in place so ongoing work is safe.
- 4
Monthly care & development
Fixes, updates and features delivered against an agreed plan, with a status and cost report each month.
- 5
Regular reviews
We revisit the roadmap, SLA level and development hours as your business grows.
What affects the price
Monthly care plans are priced by system size and SLA level. Systems we take over may need a one-off audit and foundation work first, which we estimate for free before starting.
System size and complexity
How many apps or sites we look after, how many users they serve and how many external systems they connect to.
SLA level
Response time when something breaks and coverage hours: business hours only, or around the clock for systems that cannot stop.
Development hours per month
How much feature and improvement work you want delivered each month.
Condition of the existing system
Missing documentation, no automated tests or badly outdated libraries may require foundation work before monthly care starts.
Cloud and third-party fees
Server and service fees are paid directly to providers at actual usage, and we help keep them as lean as possible.

Yes. We review the existing code and architecture first, then tell you plainly what state it is in, what the risks are and what to extend or fix first. If source code or access is incomplete, we will say honestly what is possible before you commit.
The warranty covers fixing defects in the delivered work for a set period. A care plan covers ongoing work: security updates, monitoring, backups, issues caused by external changes, and new features.
It depends on what downtime costs your business. An internal tool used during office hours may be fine on a basic tier, while an online store or a POS that sells every day should have someone ready outside business hours. Each tier’s response times and coverage hours are written into the contract.
Yes. Small features and improvements use the hours in your plan; larger features are usually scoped as a separate project with a free estimate first. Because the team already knows the code, work starts quickly. To make the product easier to use as well, see UX/UI design.
That is your call. You own 100% of the source code, documentation and service accounts, and we hand over what the new team needs according to the contract. There is no lock-in. If you only need servers managed, see Cloud & DevOps.
