1. About the Website

The Website presents the Company’s software development services, including websites, mobile apps, desktop software, business systems, UX/UI design and related services, and lets you request a consultation or quote.

2. Website information

• Information on the Website is a general introduction to our services and is not a legally binding offer.
• The systems and illustrations under "What we build" are mock-ups showing types of work; they are not the work or data of any specific client.
• Durations and details shown are estimates and may differ depending on actual scope.
• We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is complete or correct at all times.

3. Quotes and engagements

Submitting the form or an initial conversation does not create a contract. A contractual relationship exists only once both parties sign a quotation or software development agreement.

Scope, fees, payment milestones, delivery, warranty and intellectual property rights for each project are governed by that agreement. If these Terms conflict with it, the agreement prevails.

4. Intellectual property of the Website

The content, text, design, logo, the "GOOD DEV" mark, graphics and source code of the Website belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without written permission. Some animated icons belong to Lordicon and are used under its licence.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, other people’s data without permission, or spam through the form.
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, database or data, or probe for vulnerabilities without consent.
• Use automated tools to scrape the Website or place an unreasonable load on it.
• Use the Website unlawfully or in a way that infringes others’ rights.
