UX/UI design for websites and apps that look great, feel effortless and actually ship
We design the experience and the interface together: understanding your users and business goals, mapping flows and wireframes, then crafting high-fidelity screens and clickable prototypes in Figma. Our designers sit in the same team as our developers, so every screen is designed to be built, and you avoid expensive rework once coding starts.

What we build
UX research
Interviews with users and stakeholders plus a look at competitors and your current system, so design decisions rest on what users really need.
User flows & wireframes
The journeys and screen structure for the whole product, agreed by everyone before we spend time on colour and polish.
Web & mobile UI design
High-fidelity Figma screens that reflect your brand, read clearly and adapt to desktop, tablet and phone.
Clickable prototypes
A prototype that behaves like the real app, ready for user testing, internal sign-off or investor demos before development starts.
Design systems
Colours, type, icons and reusable components in one library, keeping every screen consistent and new pages fast to produce.
UX audits & usability testing
A review of the product you already run to find where users get stuck or drop off, with prioritised, cost-effective fixes.
What you get
- Research summary, personas and the problems to solve
- User flows and a sitemap for the whole product
- Wireframes for every key screen
- High-fidelity Figma designs for desktop and mobile
- A clickable prototype for testing and presentations
- A design system: colours, type, icons and components
- Developer specs covering button states, error and empty states, plus exported assets
- Original Figma files with full edit rights
How it works
- 1
Understand the business and users
We discuss goals, audiences and constraints, review your current product and competitors, and agree on a clear design brief.
- 2
Flows & wireframes
Low-fidelity layouts that settle information order and steps. They are quick to change, which is exactly the point at this stage.
- 3
UI design & prototype
Final screens in Figma and a working prototype, shared for review every week and refined with your feedback.
- 4
Test with real users
Users try the prototype on realistic tasks while we watch for confusion, and fixing it in design costs far less than fixing it in code.
- 5
Hand off to developers
Delivery through Figma Dev Mode with the design system and specs. The designer stays on the team during development to answer questions and review the build.
What affects the price
UX/UI design cost depends on how deep each stage goes, not just on page count. We give you a free, itemised estimate after a short conversation about your needs.
Number of screens and flows
Products with several user roles, such as customers, staff and admins, have far more flows and screens than a corporate website.
Platforms
Web only, or also iOS/Android, tablet and desktop. Each platform has its own design conventions.
Depth of research and testing
From working with insights you already have, to user interviews and several rounds of usability testing.
Design system scope
A full system from scratch, an extension of your existing brand guidelines, or an adapted UI kit to save time.
Interaction complexity
Animations, data-heavy dashboards, multi-step forms or screens that change by user permission.

Yes. You receive the original Figma files, the design system and specs that your own developers or another team can build from straight away. If you would rather have one team carry it through, see web development and mobile app development.
A typical project takes around 1–3 weeks of design. Larger products with several user groups or platforms take longer. We set the timeline when we estimate the work, and you see progress every week rather than waiting for a big reveal.
UX is how users get their task done: the steps, the order and the information they need. UI is what they see: colour, type and controls. UI without UX can look good and still be hard to use, so we always settle the UX first, in a lightweight form for smaller projects.
Yes. We start with a UX audit of usage data and friction points, then prioritise what to fix. Often you do not need a full redesign; improving the key flows is enough. If you also want us to change the code, see maintenance & continuous development.
Yes. All Figma files are yours with full edit rights, and components are organised into a clearly named design system so your team can add screens or evolve the design without depending on us.
